MT4是MetaQuotes軟件公司 (總部設於蘇俄塞普勒斯Cyprus及新加坡) 生產的一款以外匯交易為主的軟件，此軟件的特點是運行比較快，數據可以下載、圖表和數據較長。被很多的外匯公司和操盤手青睞。目前，超過100家外匯經紀公司和來自全世界的30個國家的銀行已經選擇MT4軟件作為網絡交易平台。MT4綜合了行情圖表，技術分析，下單交易，三大功能為一身非常優秀的軟件！MT4下載文件大小不到 1.4M，安裝之後不到4M，與系統其他軟件沒有關聯性，不依靠其他程序，可以獨立運行，甚至可以把安裝後的文件夾複製到U盤，帶到其他任何電腦上運行也支持代理，對網絡帶寬的要求相當低 (以上簡介摘自這裏) 。
